1/4 cup (2 oz.) goat cheese , room temperature
1/4 cup (2 oz.) marscapone cheese , room
temperature
1/4 cup chop fresh basil
16 Medjol dates, pitted
8 thin slices proscuitto, halved lengthwise
kosher salt, pepper, toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheeses, basil, salt and pepper. Pull dates apart. Stuff each date with 1/2 tsp. Cheese mix. Close dates. Wrap piece proscuitto around each date. Secure with toothpick.
