1/2 lbs Bulk Sausage
1/2 lbs Hamburger
1/2 cup Onions, chopped fine
1/8 cup BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
2 cloves Garlic, pressed
1 Potato
2 tbs Butter
2 tbs Lemon Juice
5 Carrots, sliced thin
2 tsp Curry Powder
1 Orange or Yellow Cake Mix and the ingredients to make it
2 cans Mandarin Oranges, juice reserved
1/2 cup Orange Juice, if necessary
2 Eggs
8 ozs Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Powdered Sugar
Juice reserved above and in this list of ingredients

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the hamburger, bulk sausage, eggs and seasoned bread crumbs and mix well.
Make into a loaf and put into a 5 X 5 ungreased pan and bake for an hour or until.
Top with the BBQ Sauce and return to the oven until bubbly and brown around the edges.
While the meatloaf is in the oven, make the potato and cake.
Take the potato and slice 3/4 way trough using a wooden spoon along side the potato so you don't cut all the way through the potato.
Pour the butter over the top and allow the butter to be absorbed pour the lemon juice until it is also absorbed, it may be necessary to put the potato in a pan spared with oil to contain the lemon juice.
Bake 30-40 minutes or until fork tender.
Make the cake according to pkg directions but add the mandarin oranges, eggs and juice, if.necesary.
Bake the cake according to pkg directions.
Make the carrots, combined with the curry powder.
Serve the compete dinner and ENJOY!
In a sauce pan stir in butter and over high heat boil until fork tender.
