1 1/3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 cup white corn, slightly crushed
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together the flour, salt, and baking powder.
2. Whisk in the milk, egg, and butter.
3. Fold in the corn.
4. Allow to sit 10 minutes.
5. Heat the oil to 375 degrees F.
6. Carefully drop in to oil by spoonfuls. Brown on all sides.
7. Drain on paper towels.
