1 lb. sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
5 small zucchini,sliced
⅛ tsp. garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. sweet basil
½ tsp. oregano
1 c. shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Crumble sausage and brown. Add onion, zucchini, and garlic powder. Add sauce and seasoning; cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until tender. In the last 5 minutes, add cheese; cover until cheese melts. Great with spaghetti squash.
