2 cups gluten-free flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp kosher salt
1 3/4 cups cold buttermilk
3/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp salted sweet cream butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
Add the butter milk and stir until just combined - do not overmix.
Pour 3/4 cup melted butter into an 8x8-inch glass baking dish.
Evenly spread the dough over the melted butter and cut 3x3 squares into the dough with a sharp knife.
Bake at 450º for 24 minutes, until golden.
Immediately brush with the remaining 2 Tbsp melted butter.
