1 box 1-step Angel Food cake mix
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. pumpkin
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Blend in mixer. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into 9x13 glass pan.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes (Bake 45 minutes if using non-glass pan).
