1 cup Yellow rice (Conchita) or (1 box Goya yellow rice)
1/2 can Garbanzo Beans (drained)
1/2 can Pigeon Peas (drained or 1/4 to 1/2 bag if frozen)
1/2 large jar Olives (cut in half and drained)
1 small jar Capers
1 rotisserie Chicken (or any cooked meat cut up in bite sized pieces)

Rice Cooker
Measuring Cup

Adobe seasoning (2 to 3 shakes)
Sazon (1 - 2 packets or about 1 teaspoon)
