Ingredients:  
1 whole Chicken cut into pieces with bones
1 can Garbanzo Beans (drained)
1 can Pigeon peas (if frozen about 1/2 bag or so)
1 small jar Capers (drained)
1 medium jar Olives with pimentos (drained)
4-6 cups Long Grain Rice

Seasonings
Sazon (if using packets 2 if out of jar about teaspoon or so)
Adobe Seasoning (about two to three shakes or so)
Garlic
Cubes Chicken Boullion

Large pot (4- 6 quart)

Directions:
Directions:
In pot add water, chicken, and bouillon.
Cook chicken till done.
Add rice, rest of seasonings and garbanzo beans, capers, olives, and pigeon peas.
Cook till done. If rice is not cooked and water is gone add water if necessary and cook till rice is done.
