1 chicken thigh, de-boned
1 potato, diced
1 garlic cloe, sliced
75ml single cream
4 tomato, halved

Directions:
Directions:
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Fry it skin side down along with the cubed potatoes on medium heat.
Turn the potatoes every so often.
After 7 minutes turn the chicken and cook for another 7 minutes.
Add the garlic and tomatoes.
After 1 minute add the cream.
Simmer for 2 minutes to thicken the sauce.
Taste and season if needed.
