100g ricotta
50g spinach
50g large pasta shells
200g passata
1 tsp oregano

Directions:

Preheat oven to gas mark 5.
Mix the ricotta and spinach in a bowl along with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add the passata to the borrom of an oven dish.
Add the oregano a splash of water and olive oil.
Stuff the shells with the ricotta mixture and place in the oven dish and season with salt and pepper.
Add any leftover ricotta in the middle and bake for 15 minutes.
Splash some more water over the pasta and cook for a further 15 minutes until the pasta it cooked.
