Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 cloves Garlic minced
1 inch Ginger grated
1 small diced Shallot
2 Green Onions minced
14oz soft/silken Tofu cut into cubes
1 T Canola Oil
½ lb ground Pork

Seasonings:
2½ T Broad Bean Paste ( if you like it spicy use Doubanjiang, spicy chili bean sauce)
2 T Mirin
1 T White Miso
1 T Oyster Sauce
½ T Shoyu
1 tsp Roasted Sesame Oil
1 tsp Potato Starch or Cornstarch
4 T Water

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, heat Oil to med.high and cook Garlic, Ginger and Shallots for 1 min or until Garlic releases it's fragrance
Add Pork and cook till no longer pink.
Mix Seasoning to skillet along with the Tofu and stir gently so you don't break the Tofu apart.
Cook 15 minutes. Garnish with Green Onions

Serve over Rice

It is a quick meal that can be vegan if you omit the Ground Pork.
Just stir fry the Garlic, Ginger and Shallot, add all seasonings and Tofu. Cook 15 minutes
