1/2 onion
125g minced beef
1 garlic clove, sliced
200g Chopped tomatoes
Pinch of oregano
3 dried lasange sheets
3 tbsp creme fraiche
20g cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to gas mark 5.
Fry onion over meduim heat until softned.
Add the mince beef and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 10 minutes until the meat starts to brown.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes so the sauce reduces.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the oregano.
Cover with the lasagne sheets.
Spread the creme fraiche and sprinkle the cheese on top.
Cook for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
