1 large tomato
1 large Vidalia Onion
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, parmesan, etc.)
½ cup mayonnaise
1 unbaked pie crust
Italian Seasonings

Directions:
Directions:
Slice one large tomato in the bottom of pie crust. Top with lightly sautéed Vidalia onion. Mix mayonnaise and cheese. Spead as best you can over the tomato and onion slices. Top with additional tomato slices. Sprinkle with Italian Seasonings and bake at 350º for 30 minutes or so. It slices better if you let it cool first.
