12-15 Cremini Brown Mushrooms, destemmed, washed, pat dry
Chives & onion cream cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
2 pieces of bacon, chopped into bits
Mushroom stems, chop a few stems

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter or spray casserole dish and place mushrooms hole side up. Bake 5 minutes.

In a bowl mix cream cheese, garlic, bacon and mushroom stems. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Bake for 10 minutes.
