16 oz package of dried black-eyed peas
6 cups water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp salt
1/2 yellow onion chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 smoked ham hock

Directions:
Directions:
Sort and rinse peas, discarding discolored ones
Add all ingredients to 4-6 quart slow cooker.
