2 lbs. Carrots
1 medium Red Onion
1 medium Bell Pepper

SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Sugar
¾ cup Vinegar
¼ cup Wesson Oil
1 can undiluted Tomato Soup
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Scrape and slice carrots. Chop onion and bell pepper. Combine carrots, onions, and bell pepper, cook in unsalted water until tender. Drain.
SAUCE: Combine remaining ingredients and cook for 3 minutes. Pour sauce over cooked vegetables. Refrigerate overnight and serve hot or cold. Serves 8-10.
