Ingredients:  
1 can Lesueur peas, drained
1 20 oz jar chopped pimentos, drained (optional)
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 c celery, chopped

Marinate:
3/4 c white vinegar
1/2 c oil
1 tsp pepper
1 T water
1 tsp salt
1 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put salad ingredients in large bowl and mix carefully so you will not mash peas. Mix and bring to the boil the marinade ingredients. Pour over the vegetables and lightly stir. Let cool and refrigerate overnight. This serves a crowd and is better after several days.
