1/4 c butter, softened
2 tbsp cream or milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 - 4 c powdered sugar

Cream together the cheese and butter. Add milk and vanilla. Gradually add powdered sugar until spreading consistency, around 3 1/2 cups.
