1-1/2 lb round steak (or can use cubed steak)
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup water or milk
Dash salt and pepper.
Directions:

Pound steak and cut into serving size pieces. Brown
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer one hour or until tender
