Head of lettuce
1/2 c thinly chopped green onions
1 pkg frozen english peas
water chestnuts, drained
1 c thinly chopped celery
bacon bits

Mix together:
2 c mayo
dash garlic powder
2 T sugar
1/2 c parmesan cheese
dash seasoned salt

Arrange in layers and sprinkle with bacon bits. Chill up to 24 hours before serving.
