1 pkg shredded mild cheddar cheese
4 T relish
1 large can pineapple, crushed
2 c chopped pecans
4 c mayo

Boil chicken breasts until done. chip finely. Add pineapple (including juice) and mix. Add mayo, mix. Add cheese, Mix. Add pecans and relish, mix. ""The amount of mayo varies on how moist you prefer your chicken salad.""
