Pie crust
Filling:
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1-3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup milk
2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
2-1/2 cup shred cooked chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over 425º
In 2 qt saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion. Cook for 2 minutes stirring frequently.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper until well blended.
Gradually stir in broth and milk. Stir until bubbly and thickened.
Stir in chicken and vegetables.
Spoon into pie crust.
Top with second crust and seal edges.
Cut several slits in top crust.

Bake 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
Can cover edges last 15 minutes if getting too brown.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
