Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs. sirloin tip steak, cut into 1-inch strips
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 T. vegetable oil
1 beef bouillon cube
1/4 cup hot water
1 T. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, sliced
1 can stewed tomatoes, undrained
3 T. teriyaki or soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, get the vegetable oil good and hot. Sprinkle the beef strips with garlic powder, brown on both sides, should only take a minute per side because you don't want them to cook completely. You might have to do them in batches so they are not crammed and they can brown evenly. Once browned transfer to crockpot. In a small bowl, crush bouillon cube and dissolve in the hot water. Stir in cornstarch until dissolved, pour into crockpot. Add tomatoes, pepper flakes, teriyaki sauce and sugar. Give it a quick stir. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. During the last hour of cooking, add in sliced peppers and onions. Cover and cook for 1 hour. Make rice according to directions and serve meat over top of rice.
Notes: You can use any cut of steak you like. If you want sauce thicker, mix 1 T. water and
1 T. cornstarch. Turn crock pot on high and cook until thickened
