Ingredients:  
1 Bone-In Ham, approximately 15-18 lbs.
1/2 cup yellow mustard
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1 cup maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Before cooking ham, smear mustard all over surface of ham. Place ham in roasting pan, then pat brown sugar over ham and drizzle with maple syrup. Baste about every 1/2 hour, until temperature of ham is about 165 degrees. Rest 10 minutes before serving.
If using a roasting bag method put ham in bag after you smear on the mustard and apply the rest of the ingredients when the ham is in the bag.
