Ingredients:
Ingredients:
– 1 cup creamy peanut butter
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup honey or brown sugar
– 1/4 cup rice vinegar
_ 2 tbs hoisin sauce
– 1 tbs sesame oil
– 1 tbsfresh lime juice
– ½ tbs minced garlic
– 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
– 1-2 tbs Sriracha (optional
_1/4 cup peanuts (chopped)
_ 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
– Water (as needed)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey or brown sugar , rice vinegar, sesame oil, lime juice, minced garlic, hoisin sauce and grated ginger.
2. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth. If the sauce feels a bit thick, slowly add water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
3. Taste the sauce and adjust flavors as needed. Add more soy sauce for saltiness, honey/brown sugar for sweetness, or lime juice for that zesty tang.
4. If you’re feeling adventurous, mix in the Sriracha for a hint of spice. Top with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
5. Serve the sauce immediately or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Just remember to give it a good stir before using!

*You can use a honey roasted peanut or a praline peanut for the garnish . It adds a little unexpected sweetness especially if you made it spicy.
