1 lb of fresh venison- cubed
1 10oz package of frozen Chinese veggies
1/2 c ketchup
1 med can tomato sauce
1 med can diced tomatoes
1 med onion- chopped
1 tblsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 c chili powder
1/2 c crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Place venison in large pot, cover with water..boil until just fork tender..do NOT drain...add ALL remaining ingredients..bring to a boil...reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2 hours. Harold prefers the frozen Beijing-style veggies..but any Chinese veggies will work.
