1 lb ground beef
1 C uncooked rice
1 packet taco seasoning
2 C beef broth
1 C salsa
1 C corn (frozen or canned)
1 C shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet brown ground beef and drain any excess grease. Stir in rice, seasoning, broth, salsa, and corn. Bring to a. boil, cover, and reduce heat and simmer for 18-20 minutes until rice is cooked. Top with cheese, cover and let melt before serving.
