1 Bag of fresh, cleaned and cut collard greens
1 Package of smoked turkey wings
5 Strips of cooked bacon with oil
1/2 White onion
Sea salt
Ground pepper
Garlic powder
Minced garlic
Sugar
Olive oil
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Turn slow cooker to low. Place 1/3 cup of olive oil in the slow cooker, along with a tbsp. each of sea salt, ground pepper, garlic powder, and sugar. Along with 2 tbsp. of minced garlic, add the smoked turkey wings. By hand, layer the collard greens, sliced onion and bacon with oil until all are added. Once all ingredients are added into the slow cooker, add water until the pot is full. Season the top with a tsp. of sea salt, ground pepper and garlic powder. Cook on low for 6-8 hours while stirring every hour.
