1 cup Buttermilk
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 cup Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook all ingredients in a big pan over moderate heat to 235º or until it makes a soft ball in water, about 20-30 minutes. Pour into mixing bowl and beat until it reaches good spreading consistency. Spread on cake.
