1 package Yellow Cake Mix
1 package Jello brand Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding mix
4 Eggs
1¼ cups Water
¼ cup Oil
½ tsp. Almond Extract
7 drops Green Food Coloring (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Blend well and beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into 10-inch fluted pan or tube pan that has been greased and floured or sprayed with Pam cooking spray.
Bake at 350º for 50-55 minutes or until cake begins to pull away from sides of pan. DO NOT UNDERBAKE.
Cool for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and finish cooling on rack.
