2 cups Milk
2 tbsp. Flour
2 tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Salt
2-3 lbs. Red Potatoes, sliced
2 Green Onions, chopped
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes and slice desired thickness with peeling on. Place in a 9x13 greased dish.
In a saucepan mix milk, flour, butter and salt. Cook on medium heat until hot. Add 4 ounces of the shredded cheddar cheese. Cook on medium heat until cheddar cheese melts and begins to thicken. Take off heat and stir in green onions. Pour mixture over potatoes. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour at 350º. Remove foil and cover with remaining cheese. Bake another 20-30 minutes.
