1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 cups broccoli florets
1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Lemon wedge, for squeezing
Red pepper flakes, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the broccoli, garlic, salt, and several grinds of pepper and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons water, cover, and cook until the broccoli is tender, 2 to 4 more minutes. Turn off the heat. Squeeze with lemon juice and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, if using. Season to taste with more salt and pepper it needed. Serves 2.
