1 medium very ripe banana, mashed
1 cup/150 gm sesame seeds

Optional:; 80 g of chocolate, melted

Preheat the oven to 350ºF

Stir together banana and sesame seeds.
Spoon approximately 1 TB of the mix onto a parchment lined baking sheet - makes 10 cookies.

To use the chocolate, use the back of a TB to gently create a well in the cookies.

Bake 18-20 minutes until lightly golden

Remove from the oven and allow to cool fully on the baking sheet.

Spoon a tsp of melted chocolate into the well. Let it set a room temperature.
