1 Wellshire Polska Kielbasa Sausage, sliced
1 small Cabbage or ½ large Cabbage
1 small Onion, chopped
½ stick Butter or Margarine
Salt and Pepper to taste
¼ cup Hellman's Mayonnaise
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup or Cream of Chicken Soup

TOPPING
1 stick Butter or Magarine
1 cup grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 stack Round Butter Crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Layer bottom of casserole dish with Polska Kielbasa.
Coarsely chop cabbage and onion. Place over Kielbasa. Melt butter and pour over cabbage and onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. In a small bowl mix soup and mayonnaise. Spread over top of cabbage mixture. Preheat oven to 350º.

To make topping, melt the remaining 1 stick butter in a small bowl. Mix melted butter, cheese and crushed crackers. Sprinkle mixture over top.
Bake 45 minutes or until top is browned and inside is bubbly.
