Ingredients:  
4 T butter
5 T flour
1/2 t salt
1/2 cup cream
2 cups milk
1/4 t dry mustard
4 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 t minced parsley
1 t minced celery flakes
1/4 t paprika
1/8 t cayenne pepper
1 chopped pimento
1 cup crab meat
1 cup bread crumbs
2 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make a thick creamy sauce in 2 qt baking pan
2. Sauce - 4T butter, flour, salt, cream, and milk
3. Add mustard, eggs, parsley, celery flakes, paprika, cayenne, pimento, and crab
4. Cook for 2 more minutes
5. Sautee bread crumbs in 2T butter
6. Sprinkle bread over top
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
8. Serve with crackers
