1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup (4 oz.) Kraft 100 % Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 cup mayonnaise (as an option you can use Miracle Whip, but just don't)!
1 clove garlic, minced
Chopped tomato
Sliced fresh chives

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except tomato and chives.
Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.
Bake at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with tomato and chives. Serve with crackers or pita chips.

To make ahead:
Prepare as directed, except for baking; cover. Refrigerate overnight. Before serving, bake, uncovered, at 350º for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.

Note:
For Spinach Artichoke Dip: Prepare as directed, adding 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained.( actually squeeze out the moisture)
