3 medium avocados
2 T. lemon juice
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
8 oz. sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 cans (10½ oz.) regular or jalapeno bean dip
1 cup green onions, finely sliced
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
Black olives, chopped, (optional)
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Mix avocados with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning, Spread bean dip in pan or on decorative serving plate. Top with: avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, chopped onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese on top.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or Fritos.
