1 Ib. Stew Meat
2 Potatoes, cut into pieces
2 to 3 Carrots, sliced
1/2 cup fresh sliced Mushrooms
1 clove Garlic, diced
1.2 Onion, sliced
1 cup Red WIne
1 cup Water (more if needed)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. dry Mustard
1/2 tsp. Celery Seed
1 tsp. Chili Powder
Dash of Tabasco
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Dredge meat in flour. Combine all ingredients in large casserole. Cover and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Stir occasionally.
