1 pkg chicken wings (20 before trimming)
Weber Chicken seasoning

Glaze:
dash red pepper flakes
¼ cup Frank's Red Hot sauce
¼ cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Trim whole wings by cutting at joint; remove excess skin. Soak chicken in salt water while trimming. Line baking sheet with foil and coat with Pam nonstick cooking spray. Place seasoned wings on baking sheet in refrigerator overnight. Put baking sheet in oven at 425º. Cook 45 minutes turning once. Brush with glaze last 5 minutes of cooking.
