Ingredients:  
6 Corn tortillas (Cut in 1/2-inch strips)
1 small, chopped onion
1 garlic clove (crushed/chopped)
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies (undrained)
1 14 oz. can undiluted beef broth
1 10 3/4 oz. can undiluted chicken broth

1 can cream of chicken soup
2 undrained 6oz. can of chuck style chicken (or boil small chicken)
1 cup water
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 cups (12 oz. Velvetta cheese
paprika for taste

Sauté onion and garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and paprika. Bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat and simmer one hour. Add tortilla strips and cheese. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and serve with chips.
