Ingredients:  
1/4 C butter
1 C chopped celery/carrots
1 chopped onion
4 garlic cloves minced
1/4 C flour
6 C chicken broth
1 package potato gnocchi
1 1/2 C cubed chicken
1 C spinach or kale
1 C cream (1/2 n 1/2)/1 C milk
1 tsp thyme, oregano, bay leaves
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute chicken and vegetables in butter/oil. Add in seasonings and garlic. Simmer until vegetables are cooked.
2. Stir in flour. Gradually whisk in broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer until soup thickens.
3. Stir in gnocchi. Reduce heat to low and keep on burner to let flavors meld together.
