10 slices of bacon
2 lbs ground beef
1 large shallot or 1 small red onion, chopped
2 T minced garlic
16 oz crushed or diced tomatoes
1 block of cream cheese or 1 block of Boursin Shallot Chive
4 cups (1 quart) beef stock
1/4 cup mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
Shredded cheese for topping

Optional Toppings:
Tomatoes
Pickles
Onion
Bacon
Any other burger toppings you would like

Directions:
Directions:
Chop bacon into small pieces and cook in a large saucepan, then remove from the pan and drain the grease, leaving enough to saute shallots and garlic. Sauté shallots and garlic for 2 minutes, then add ground beef. Season with your choice of burger seasoning and brown completely. Drain grease from beef. Add tomatoes, cream cheese, beef stock, mustard, and ketchup, and stir in. Let simmer until the cream cheese/Boursin cheese is melted, then add the bacon back into the pot. Stir and serve! Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
