Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2.5 lbs of ground turkey, chicken, or beef
2 lbs Italian sausage.
1 shallot
3 T garlic
3 T Italian seasoning
2 T SPG
1 1/2 large bell pepper
8 oz mushrooms sliced
1 package of pepperoni
1 cup ricotta cheese
6 cups marinara sauce
2 cups mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. In a large saucepan on medium heat, brown turkey, chicken, or beef and Italian sausage. Chop the shallot and cook it with the meat. We chose bell peppers, mushrooms, and pepperoni for our pizza toppings, but you can just add your favorite. Add your favorite pizza toppings after you have browned the meat, and continue to cook and mix in. Once all mixed in, add ricotta cheese and marinara sauce and mix well. Add mozzarella cheese, then transfer to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.

This makes a lot! Would recommend cutting the recipe in half unless you're feeding several people or want leftovers.
