3 lbs beef sliced
1 large shallot or small onion
3 cups beef stock
2 T Worcestershire sauce
16 oz sliced mushrooms
2 T corn starch
2 T water

Directions:
Directions:
Slice beef and shallot into thin slices. Add to crockpot and season liberally with favorite steak seasoning. (We use Kinders© Buttery Steakhouse). Add Worcestershire sauce and beef stock to the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beef is tender. Add mushrooms 1/2 way through for a firmer texture. Mix slurry (cornstarch and water) and add to the mixture for the last hour. It can be served over egg noodles or rice.
