8 Yukon Gold potatoes
8 smoked beef sausages
1/4-1/2 yellow onion
10-12 large mushrooms
4-5 chicken breasts
4 cans cream of mushroom soup or 4-41/2 cups homemade cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into quarters. Slice the onion. Slice mushrooms to the desired size. Cook in a slow cooker, Dutch oven, or bake in the oven at 375º until potatoes are soft. Top with cheese and serve when the cheese is melted.
