1 box yellow cake mix
1 large can mandarin oranges
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Frosting:
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1 (16oz.) container cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix by box directions. Add the mandarin oranges, flour, and baking powder.
Make four layers. Bake at 350º for 23-27 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Mix together the frosting ingredients. After cake has cooled, To assemble, place one of the cool cakes on a serving dish. Spread 1/4 of the frosting onto the top. Add the 2nd layer of cake, and repeat for all 4 layers. Then, completely coat the tops and sides of the cake to finish. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
