10 lb. potatoes
6 oz. cream cheese
3 Tble. butter
½ cup sour cream
2 tsp. Onion salt
½ tsp. White pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil potatoes in salted water, until tender. Drain. Beat all ingredients until light and fluffy. Serve.
Can be made several days in advance of use, kept in refrigerator in covered container.
If warming at a later time, place in foil pan. Dot with butter and bake at 350º until heated through, about one hour. Or use crockpot. Stir occasionally.
Makes 15 cups of mashed potatoes.
