1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli

2 tsp minced onion flakes

½ cup boiling salted water

2 cups milk

1 (10¾ oz) can of creamed potato soup

½ cup shredded swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and onion in boiling water until tender. Cool slightly, do not drain. Place in blender and process until smooth. Return to saucepan, stir in milk and soup. Heat throughly. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Serve hot or chilled.
