Mixed salad greens
7-8 oz. Smoked or marinated salmon
Mandarin oranges
toasted Almonds
Snow Peas
Dressing:
3 TB lemon juice
1/4 C EVO
2 TB water (or a few cubes of ice if not able to make ahead of time)
1 tsp spicy mustard
1 tsp dill (fresh use 1/4 C or dried)
1 clove garlic
1 TB maple syrup
Dressing:

1. Make dressing ahead of time
2. Prepare greens
3. Add in crunchy vegetables (carrots, peas, cucumbers, chopped kale)
