Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 cups fresh grapes (red or green), halved
2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
1 orange, peeled and cut into segments
1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped (or whole for garnish)
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional for a unique twist)
Zest of 1 lemon
Fresh lemon juice (from half a lemon)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the Fruit:
Wash and prepare all the fruit. Hull and slice the strawberries, halve the grapes, peel and slice the peaches, peel and segment the orange, and dice the pineapple into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the Fruit:
In a large bowl, gently combine all the prepared fruit: strawberries, grapes, peaches, orange segments, and pineapple.

Add Fresh Flavors:
Sprinkle the lemon zest over the fruit and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. This will brighten up the fruit and add a fresh zing.

Add the Optional Sweeteners:
If you prefer a touch of sweetness, drizzle with a bit of honey and/or balsamic vinegar. The balsamic vinegar adds a slight tang that complements the fruit, but it's optional.

Add Mint:
Gently fold in the chopped fresh mint. If you prefer, you can leave some whole mint leaves for garnish on top.

Chill and Serve:
For the best flavor, let the fruit salad chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

Serve:
Serve the Italian fruit salad in individual bowls or a large serving dish. Garnish with extra mint leaves, if desired.
